New Mexico permit test study modes
Three ways to study beyond the practice tests. Everything you answer is remembered in this browser, with no account, so each mode knows what you've already got right.
Your weak spots
20 questions: the ones you got wrong last time first, then your weakest topics, then questions you haven't seen yet.
Your mistakes are saved in this browser as you practise.
Questions picked from your mistakes
Flashcards
See the question, think of the answer, then flip. Cards you don't know go back in the pile.

Marathon: every question
All 256 questions one after another, with the answer after each. Stop any time; it picks up where you left off.

How your weak spots are worked out
Every answer you give on this site for New Mexico, in the practice tests, the simulator or these modes, is saved in your browser. The weak-spots mode starts with the questions you got wrong most recently, then picks questions from the topics where your share of right answers is lowest (once you've answered at least three in a topic), then fills up with questions you haven't seen. Nothing is sent to us; clearing your browser data resets it.

Questions
Is my progress saved?
Yes, in this browser only. There is no account and nothing is sent to us. If you switch devices or clear your browser data, you start again.
Which mode should I use?
Start with the practice tests, then use weak spots to fix what you miss. Flashcards are good for quick review of the rules and numbers, and the marathon takes you through all 256 questions. Finish with the exam simulator.
