Age and passenger conditions of the waiver were not confirmed on reachable official pages. |
| Eye protection | Required for motorcycle and moped operators (glasses, face shield, goggles or a windshield protecting the line of vision) per Neb. Rev. Stat. 60-6,279 as summarized from the Legislature site; the statute page was unreachable on 2026-10-27 for a direct read. |
